The Xiaomi 14 is getting closer to release, as the full specifications of the next phone have leaked online, leaving nothing to the imagination of smartphone fans. The Xiaomi 13 successor will reportedly include a 6.44-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution. The unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC might power it. The Xiaomi 14 will be powered by a 4,600mAh battery that supports 90W cable charging and 50W wireless charging.

Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) uploaded a poster on X (previously Twitter) that reportedly includes the full details of the Xiaomi 14. According to the ad, the forthcoming device will have a 6.44-inch Huaxing C8 OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen might support Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and has a brightness of up to 2,800 nits and a color gamut of DCI-P3. It will reportedly have a new MiOS operating system.

The Xiaomi 14 is said to be powered by Qualcomm's forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Qualcomm's next-generation flagship chipset is scheduled to be announced later this month. Furthermore, for thermal control, the handset may incorporate a huge VC cooling system.

The Xiaomi phone might have a Leica-branded triple back camera set, which would include a 50-megapixel OV50H primary camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. The handset may also have an IR blaster, allowing it to function as a remote control for TVs, music players, and other electrical devices. It has an IP68 certification for dust and water protection.

Xiaomi's next Xiaomi 14 is likely to include a 4,600mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. It is believed to include twin stereo speakers as well as a dual frequency GPS link. Xiaomi may potentially integrate a dual-purpose acoustic motor in the gadget.

The Xiaomi 14 is expected to be released on October 27th, along with the Xiaomi 14 Pro. Because the brand has yet to confirm this, all of these data should be taken with a grain of salt.
