The Samsung Galaxy S23 was revealed in India earlier this year during the company's first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2023, and it is now available in a new Lime colour option. The phone was initially available in Cream, Green, Lavender, and Phantom Black. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC in the Galaxy S23 has been tweaked. The device has a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a triple back camera system led by a 50-megapixel main wide-angle sensor.


Samsung announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 in a new Lime colour option in a press release on Monday. The flagship handset will be available in the new colours on Tuesday (May 16).


Price of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Lime in India

The Galaxy S23 Lime will be available in two storage configurations: 8GB + 128 GB and 8GB + 256 GB, with prices starting at Rs. 74,999 and rising to Rs. 79,999.


Samsung is also giving a Rs. 8,000 upgrade incentive, which may be combined with a Rs. 5,000 payback on certain bank transactions. This brings the pricing of the Galaxy S23's storage options down to Rs. 61,999 and Rs. 66,999, respectively.


Specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Lime colour

The specs of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Lime colour variation are the same as those of the other Galaxy S23 devices. The smartphone has a 6.1-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with 8GB of RAM. It is powered by Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.


A 50-megapixel main wide-angle sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera are housed in the handset's triple back camera unit. The phone sports a 12-megapixel selfie sensor for selfies and video calls.


The Galaxy S23 is dust and water resistant, with an IP68 grade. It has a 3,900mAh battery that enables cable charging at 25W and wireless charging at 15W. Wireless PowerShare allows the phone to charge additional devices such as wireless headphones. According to the firm, it weighs 168g and dimensions 170.9x146.3x7.6mm.
